Championship Bean Dip

Ingredients:


1 can refried beans

1 cup salsa or picante sauce

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

3/4 cup sour cream

3 ounces sour cream -- softened

1 tablespoons chili powder

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

1 package Tortilla chips

1 jar salsa
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the first 8 ingredients in a Crockpot. Cover and cook on High for two hours or until heated through, stirring once or twice. Serve with chips and salsa. Makes 4 1/2 cups. (This looks a bit odd, but it's really good
