Ingredients:


6 cups tomato concasse

2 cups onion

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup malt vinegar

1 teaspoon habanero chile
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a medium flame bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until mixture has reduced by half, stirring often remove from heat, cool cover and chill serve at room temperature
