MARSHMALLOW SAUCE

Ingredients:


2/3 cup Sugar

1/4 cup Water

3 tablespoons Light corn syrup

2 cups Miniature marshmallows*

3/4 teaspoon Vanilla

1 dash Salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


*substitute: 20 lg Marshmallows, cut into Fourths. Heat sugar, water and corn syrup to boiling in 2-quart saucepan; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 4 minutes, stirring occasionally; remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.
