4 ounces plain chocolate -- melted
4 ounces white chocolate -- melted
24 Pieces fruit (eg strawberries -- red and black grapes, star fruit, mango chunks and physalis)
1 pieces Petit-four cases

Preparation / Directions:

Melt chocolate in separate dishes over a pan of boiling water. Dip or brush half the fruits in plain chocolate and the remainder in white. Arrange in petit-four cases and leave to set. Serve with wooden cocktail sticks.
