PREPARATION: Wash -- remove seeds, and
either slice or dice.
PRETREATMENT: Not necessary.
DEHYDRATE: Dry at 100* for approximately
24 hours or until brittle.
REHYDRATE: Cover with hot water -- soak for about 20
minutes, drain.
Preparation / Directions:
SPECIAL NOTE: Best in cooked savory dishes such as soups, stews or
casseroles.
