Ingredients:
2 pounds top round -- sliced in strips |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon hickory smoke flavor |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine all ingredients except meat and pour over meat. Marinate for 1 hour or longer. Place meat in dehydrator or oven on the lowest possible setting. Jerky is ready when the meat is dried.
