4 whole eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla or lemon flavoring
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 crust unbaked pie shell

Preparation / Directions:

Beat eggs well; add sugar and milk along with flavoring, beating after each addition. Pour mixture into pie shell. Do not preheat oven. Bake with oven set at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until firm. Do not over bake.
