Ingredients:

2 1/3 cups light cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 package unflavored gelatin
2 cups sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 jar caramel sauce
1 pints fresh berries
 

Preparation / Directions:

Heat cream, white sugar, brown sugar and gelatin together over low heat until sugars and gelatin have dissolved. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Pour mixture into shallow pan. Chill. Serve with caramel sauce and fresh fruit. Approximately 5-7 minutes.
