Ingredients:


1 large onion -- Julianne

1 large cucumber -- cut in half then in thin slices

1 medium tomato -- cut in small cubes

5 medium green chiles -- cut in small pieces

1/2 cup yogurt

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all the above ingredients together at least 1 hour ahead of time and serve with rice.
