Ingredients:

   1      large         onion -- Julianne
   1                    cucumber -- cut in half then in
                        -- thin slices
   1      medium        tomato -- cut in small cubes
   5                    green chiles -- cut in small pcs
     1/2  cup           yogurt
   2      teaspoons     lemon juice
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
 

Preparation:

Mix all the above ingredients together at least 1 hour ahead of time and serve with rice.
