Preparation / Directions:Add oil to wok and cook curry paste and 5 T. of the coconut milk. Cook for awhile. Add beef (or chicken) and cook til done not stirring very much. Add fish sauce and cook 2 min. Add peppers and onions and stir fry til warmed through.
serve over rice and top with Thai Dipping Sauce
