Indian Red Curry

Ingredients:


1 pound beef stew

1 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon curry

1 cup canned coconut milk

1/2 cup red pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 clove garlic

1 dash cinnamon

1 dash cardamom

1 dash pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown meat and garlic in butter, then add spices and stir fry few minutes. Add red pepper and coconut milk. Reduce heat and simmer til done (2-3 hours, add water if necessary.)
