Sookha Chicken

50 grams chicken
4 whole dried red chiles
2 medium Onions
1 small inch ginger
4 cloves flakes garlic
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 piece cinnamon
6 whole cloves
6 whole cardamoms
4 tablespoons oil
1 medium lemon for garnishing
1 teaspoon salt to taste

Preparation / Directions:

Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces. Make a paste of ginger, garlic, red chiles, onions, little oil, turmeric and salt. Add remaining oil, cloves, cinnamon, and cardamoms to this paste and marinate the chicken for about 1 hour. Add 1/2 cup of water to the chicken and cook until all the water disappears. Stir occasionally. Add water if it needs. Cook the chicken until oil floats on the top. Garnish with lime and onion pieces.
