1 pound prawns
5 medium green chiles -- chopped
2 medium Onions -- chopped
1 bunch spring onion leaves
1 bunch cilantro leaves
2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
2 medium tomatoes -- chopped
2 teaspoons chile powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
4 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon salt to taste

Preparation / Directions:

Clean the prawns in salt water to avoid smell Heat oil in a pan. Add green chiles, onions and fry until brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, spring onion leaves, cilantro and fry for some more minutes. Then add tomatoes, prawns and cook until they are done. Add salt, chile powder, garam masala and fry for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
