Ingredients:

100 grams crumbled paneer
4 teaspoons milk
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons roasted ground pistachios
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 cup few drops rose or kewara essence -- optional
1/2 cup chopped nuts or silver foil -- for decoration
 

Preparation / Directions:

Pistachio and cottage cheese (paneer) dessert. Preparation time: 10 minutes Makes 4 to 6 rolls 1. Knead the paneer, milk and sugar very well. 2. Add the pistachios, cardamom powder and essence. 3. Shape the paneer dough into small rolls. 4. Roll into chopped nuts or cover with silver foil.
