Mint Chutney - 2

Ingredients:

1 cup packed coriander leaves
1/2 cup packed mint leaves
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 medium green chiles -- deseeded and chopped
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:

In a blender, grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste, adding little water, if required. Store in a jar in the refrigerator. You can vary the proportion of the mint and the coriander leaves, according to your liking.
