Chicken In Tomato Sauce

1/2 kilogram chicken cut into small pieces
3 medium tomatoes chopped -- up to 4
1 medium Onion chopped
3 whole green chili -- up to 4
1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon salt to taste
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste

Preparation / Directions:

Add chicken, water ginger, garlic and salt to stew pot. Cover and cook on low heat until the water from the chicken has dried and chicken is half cooked. Add oil, tomato, green chili and onion. Cover and continue cooking. When the water dries and chicken is tender add the black pepper, stir and remove from heat
