Ingredients:
10 small dried hot red chiles -- seeds removed |
3 tablespoons coriander seeds |
1 tablespoon black peppercorns |
3 tablespoons poppy seeds |
2 teaspoons black mustard seeds |
1 tablespoon cumin seeds |
1 tablespoon turmeric |
10 whole cloves |
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a spice mill and grind to a fine powder. Store in an airtight container. The hottest curry powder found in Africa.
