Malawi Curry Powder (African)

Ingredients:

10	small	dried hot red chiles -- seeds removed
3	tablespoons	coriander seeds
1	tablespoon	black peppercorns
3	tablespoons	poppy seeds
2	teaspoons	black mustard seeds
1	tablespoon	cumin seeds
1	tablespoon	turmeric
10	whole	cloves
2	teaspoons	ground cinnamon

Preparation:
