14 ounces coconut milk
2 medium green onion stalks -- chopped into small sections.
4 medium jalapeno peppers -- cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons fish sauce
3 cups chopped zucchini
2 pounds sirloin steak -- cut bite size
2 tablespoons red curry paste
4 medium makrood leaves
1 bunch basil

Preparation / Directions:

Heat coconut milk until it bubbles. Add and stir in the Red curry paste. When blended, add the beef and stir until it is cooked. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and remove from heat and serve over rice.
