Crock pot chicken and rice

Ingredients:


3/4 Cup Rice

10 1/2 ounces Cream of celery soup

10 1/2 ounces Cream of mushroom soup

4 1/2 ounces whole mushrooms

1 jar pimiento strips*

1/2 medium Chopped green pepper

1/2 medium Chopped onion

8 medium Chicken breasts -- halved

1 Cup Grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


* pimientos should be drained ~------------------------------------------------------------------------ Place rice in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients except chicken and cheese in bowl. Mix well. Pour half of mixture over rice. Place chicken on top. Pour remaining soup mixture over all. Cook on high for 3 hours or until chicken is tender. Garnish with cheese.
