Parmesan Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

5 small red potatoes -- sliced
1 cups sliced) (5 to 6)
6 Slices turkey bacon
3 Ounces freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 Can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:

Layer all ingredients in lightly buttered 3 1/2-quart crock pot (or use a souffle dish to fit in a larger crock pot); cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Adjust seasonings.
