Ingredients:

2 cups yellow cornmeal
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 medium jalapeno peppers
1/2 medium yellow onion -- chopped
1/3 cup oil used for frying fish
1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
 

Preparation / Directions:

Mix all together and roll into long 1/2" logs. Cut into 2 to 3" sticks. Have some hot where you fry been frying fish and drop into it a few at a time. They will fry in bout 3 to 5 min. Good eating.
