Island Chip Cookies

1 1/2 Cups Butter, Softened
1 1/4 Cups Sugar
1 1/4 Cups Brown Sugar, Packed
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
2 large eggs
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Oatmeal (the real inchstuff inch)
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 Cups White Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Macadamia Nuts, Chopped
1 Cup Shredded Coconut

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Stir in flours, oatmeal, baking soda and salt. Stir in chips, nuts and coconut. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light brown.
