1 Cup Oatmeal (the real "stuff")
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 Cups White Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Macadamia Nuts, Chopped
1 Cup Shredded Coconut |
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Stir in flours, oatmeal, baking soda and salt. Stir in chips, nuts and coconut. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light brown. |
