250 grams butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons wattle seed
2 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup rice flour

Preparation / Directions:

Cream butter, sugar and wattle seed. Mix in remaining ingredients. Spread mixture into a baking tray, cover with greaseproof paper and press into a slice about 1 centimetre thick. Pattern top if desired. Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes. Slice into 'fingers' while still hot. Cool and store in an airtight contai
