Ingredients:


1/2 cup horseradish

1 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon white wine vinegar

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 cup sour cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine horseradish, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt, and white pepper in a food processor process to a smooth puree fold in sour cream serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
