1 medium cabbage
1 cup onion
1 cup green bell pepper
4 ounces diced pimiento
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt

Preparation / Directions:

Combine cabbage, onion, pepper, and pimiento in a large bowl combine remaing ingredients in a heavy saucepan heat and stir to a boil, over a medium flame remove from heat, pour over vegetables-mix well cover and chill for 1-3 days serve chilled
