1 medium green cabbage -- shredded
1 small red onion -- shredded
3 medium carrot -- shredded
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup garden blend vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoons celery salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoons lemon juice -- fresh

Preparation / Directions:

Combine cabbage, red onion, and carrots in large bowl. In separate bowl whisk vinegar, oil, celery salt, salt, sugar and lemon juice together. Pout over cabbage mixture and stir lightly. chill. Keeps approximately 1 week. Serve cold.
