Curried Pineapple Coleslaw

Ingredients:


2 Cups grated cabbage

1 Cup grated carrot

8 ounces crushed pineapple -- drained

1/2 Cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1 Teaspoon curry powder

1 Teaspoon celery seeds
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine cabbage, carrot, and pineapple; set aside. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients; stir well. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well. Cover and chill.
