1 Cup fruit juice
2 teaspoons tapioca -- minute
teaspoon cinnamon -- to taste
1 cup biscuit mix
1/3 cup milk

Preparation / Directions:

Title: DIABETIC HOMEMADE ICE CREAM Categories: Desserts, Main dish 13 oz Evaporated milk 2 tb Sugar replacement 1 1/2 c Whole milk 1 tb Vanilla extract 3 Eggs(well beaten) Combine evaporated milk and sugar replacement. Beat well until sugar is dissolved. Add whole milk and vanilla extract; beat well. Add eggs; beat eggs into milk mixture vigorously. Pour into ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's direction
