Double Chocolate Bars

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup fleischmanns original spread -- (70% corn oil) -- softened

3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup egg beaters healthy real egg substitute

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup reduced fat chocolate flavored baking chip
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix flour, cocoa and baking soda; set aside. Blend spread, sugars, egg beaters and vanilla in large bowl with mixer at medium speed until smooth. Stir in flour mixture until blended; stir in chips. Press dough in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 18 minutes or until done. Cool completely; cut into bars.
