Vegetarian Chili Con Carne

Ingredients:


1 1/4 cups kidney beans

1 medium onion -- chopped

2 cloves garlic -- crushed

1 1/4 cups carrots -- chopped fine

1 1/4 cups green beans -- chopped

1/2 cup combined red and green peppe

1/4 cup water

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

15 ounces stewed tomatoes

1/4 cup tomato paste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preparation Time: 0:15 Preheat oven at 350. Place onion, garlic, carrot, green beans, and peppers in a casserole dish. Add water, chili powder, cumin, tomatoes, and tomato paste to mixture. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
