Chili Con Carne Winchester

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

1/3 cup Chopped onion

1/3 cup Chopped green pepper

1 pound Ground beef

1 clove Garlic minced

1 pound Stewed tomatoes

30 Ounces Kidney beans, drained

16 Ounces VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables, with liquid
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Heat oil in 3-quart pot. Add onion and green pepper and cook until soft. 2. Add ground beef, garlic, stewed tomatoes, and kidney beans. Bring to boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. 3. Stir in VEG-ALL and cook 10 minutes longer.
