4 pieces chicken thighs
2 tablespoons bacon grease
1 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 cup chicken broth

Preparation / Directions:

Fry chicken in bacon grease until browned. Add chicken broth and spices, cover, and let cook until you stab it and juices run clear. When ready to serve, dollop on some sourcream and salsa and enjoy! It's easy, festive and oh so goo
