Chichen and Dumplings

Ingredients:


1 whole whole chicken cut in 8 pieces

8 cups water

2 medium onions chopped

2 pieces sticks of celery chopped

2 medium carrots peeled and sliced round

2 tablespoons season all

---Dumplings

2 cups all purpose fluor

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 tablespoons grandulated onion

1/2 tablespoons grandulated garlic

1 tablespoons dry parsley

1 tablespoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large pot put the first 6 ingerdients and cook on high heat covered for one hour, reduce the heat to a simmer and uncover. Meanwhile make the dumplinds and drop by teaspoon in the pot with chicken and stock,cook about 10 mins. until dumplings are cooks. Serve in a bowl.
