2 Pounds Chicken
2 Cups Cream of Celery
1 Tablespoon salt
2 Tablespoons corriander powder
2 Tablespoons curry powder
1 Tablespoon chilli powder
1/4 Cup vegetable oil

Preparation / Directions:

First marinate the chicken in the corriander powder, curry powder and chilli powder. Fry the marinated chicken in oil for 15 minutes over a medium flame, and then add the cream of celery with half a glass of water. Stir well and keep it on a low flame for another 15 mins. Serve with steaming boiled rice.
