Chili Chicken with Southwest Relish

1 bottle Southwest Relish
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3 1/2 pound chicken cut-up broiler-fryer

Preparation / Directions:

1. Prepare Southwest Relish. Mix chili powder and paprika; sprinkle with chicken. 2. Heat coals or gas grill. Cover and grill chicken, skin sides up, 5 to 6 inches from medium heat 15 minutes; turn chicken. Cover and grill 20 to 40 minutes longer, turning occasionally, until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Serve with relish.
