Salsa Verde Chicken

Ingredients:

1/3 cup green salsa (salsa verde)
1 large egg
1 cup tortilla chips crushed
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 pieces chicken breast halves boneless, skinless (1 pound)
1 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Lightly beat salsa and egg. Mix crushed tortilla chips, chili powder and garlic powder. 2. Dip chicken into salsa mixture, then coat generously with tortilla chip mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Drizzle with oil. 3. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
