Crunchy Sesame Chicken

1/3 cup sesame seeds
2 tablespoons flour all-purpose
1 large egg white
1/4 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 pieces chicken breast halves boneless skinless (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb)
1 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoons butter or margarine

Preparation / Directions:

Mix sesame seeds and flour. Beat egg white with sesame oil and salt. Dip chicken breasts into egg white, letting excess drip off; coat with sesame seed mixture. Heat oil and butter in 12" nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 5 to 6 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
