1 pound chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic -- minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste

Preparation / Directions:

Cut chicken into 1-2 inch cubes. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl to made a marinade. Add chicken pieces and stir to coat. Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Thread chicken on skewers and grill or broil until is cooked thoroughly. (Juices will run clear.)
