3 whole skinless boneless chicken breast -- halved
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
8 ounces orange juice, from frozen concentrate
2 cups mandarin oranges -- or fresh orange seg
2 bunch green onions -- chopped

Preparation / Directions:

***Serve on hot rice 1.. Put chicken, ginger, salt, pepper, and frozen orange juice in slow cooker and cook for 6 hrs on low 2. Serve chicken on hot rice and top with orange segments and green onions. 3. Serve chicken liquid in a gravy boat.
