Spicy Spinach Fettucine With Snow Peas and Chicken

8 ounces spinach fettucine
1/2 cup chicken broth*
1 cup snow pea pods -- fresh
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 medium jalapeno** -- minced
1 cup chicken breast -- cooked and chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons dry sherry

Preparation / Directions:

Heat 1/4 C broth in large skillet. Add snow peas, garlic and jalapeno or other hot seasoning. Stir-fry 1 min. Add chicken; stir fry 2 min. more. Add cooked pasta and remaining broth, soy sauce and sherry. Cook for 3 min. Salt to taste. Cook pasta al dente. Drain.
