Mustard-Pecan Chicken Fillets

4 medium boneless -- skinless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Cup honey
1/4 Cup yellow mustard
1 1/2 Cups chopped pecans

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken with salt on both sides. In a shallow dish, combine honey and mustard; mix well. Place pecans in another shallow dish. Dip chicken in the honey mixture, then in the pecans, coating completely. Place chicken on the baking sheet and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Serve immediately.
