Preparation / Directions:Brown chicken in hot oil in a large skillet. Combine next 8 ingredients; toss gently. Spoon vegetable mixture over chicken, and add water. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and sauce is slightly thickened, stirring often.
