Lemonade Chicken

2 medium broiler chicken cut up and around 3
1 pounds each
1/4 Cup allpurpose flour
1 1/4 Teaspoons salt
2 Tablespoons cooking oil
6 Ounces frozen lemonadethawed
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
3 Tablespoons catsup
1 Tablespoon vinegar
2 Tablespoons cold water
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
3 Cup hot cooked rice

Preparation / Directions:

Combine the flour with salt; coat chicken thoroughly. Brown chicken pieces on all sides in hot oil; drain. Transfer to crockpot. Stir together the lemonade concentrate, brown sugar, catsup and vinegar; pour over chicken. Cover; cook on HIGH setting for 34 hours or set on LOW setting 68 hours. When done, remove chicken; pour cooking liquid into saucepan. Return chicken to crockpot, cover to keep warm. Skim fat from reserved liquid. Blend cold water slowly into cornstarch. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Serve chicken with gravy over hot cooked rice.
