1/4 cup butter
1 cup onion
1 tablespoon garlic
16 ounces canned crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
8 medium chicken thigh
 

Preparation / Directions:

COMBINE BUTTER, ONIONS, GARLIC, TOMATOES, WORCESTERSHIRE, HONEY, CHILE POWDER, CUMIN, SALT, AND PEPPER IN A SAUCEPAN, OVER A MEDIUM FLAME HEAT TO A BOIL, REDUCE HEAT, AND SIMMER FOR 20-30 MINUTES, STIRRING OFTEN BROIL OR GRILL CHICKEN FOR 30-45 MINUTES, UNTIL JUICES RUN CLEAR WHEN POKED, TURNING AND BASTING OFTEN SERVE HOT OR AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
