Grilled Chicken And Vegetables

2 medium chicken breasts
4 medium yellow squash
1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium green bell pepper
1/2 cup whole black olives
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1/2 cup dry vermouth
4 cloves garlic
1 medium lemon -- juice of
1 teaspoon salt and black pepper

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat grill or broiler. In a mixing bowl stir together olive oil, thyme, vermouth, garlic and lemon juice. Add chicken breasts, yellow squash, red and green bell peppers and black olives to bowl. Toss ingredients together. Pour mixture from bowl into a metal baking pan. Season with salt and black pepper. Place on top of hot grill or under broiler to cook. Stir ingredients often. Cook until chicken is done and vegetables are tender. Approximately 12-14 minutes.
