Preparation:
Preheat grill or broiler. In a mixing bowl stir together olive oil, thyme, vermouth, garlic and lemon juice. Add chicken breasts, yellow squash, red and green bell peppers and black olives to bowl. Toss ingredients together. Pour mixture from bowl into a metal baking pan. Season with salt and black pepper. Place on top of hot grill or under broiler to cook. Stir ingredients often. Cook until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
