Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients:


2 medium carrots -- thinly sliced

2 ribs celery -- thinly sliced

1 medium onion -- sliced

1 pieces chicken cut up or 2 whole chicken breasts

1 teaspoon powdered bouillon

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put vegetables in crock-pot. Place chicken on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with bouillon and seasonings, add 1/4 cup water, cook on low 8 hours.
